Prepare a complete, competitive response
Review the project documents and any addenda before pricing. Check that your bid covers the described pavement removal and repairs, resurfacing, pedestrian ramps and drainage improvements, and that your firm meets the stated pre-qualification requirement.
Verify that the required City paperwork is current and that every project-specific form is included. Enter one price per line item, with prices to two decimal places, and confirm that your bid guaranty follows the stated rules.
Submit early enough to confirm that PlanetBids has emailed confirmation of the completed transmission. Keep a record of the submitted forms and confirmation.
