What the Illinois State Police is buying

The Illinois State Police Quartermaster is seeking a vendor to supply Stratton Campaign Style Felt Hat F40 winter uniform hats as needed under a three-year contract. The listed quantity is an estimate for evaluating quotes, not a guaranteed minimum purchase.

The award will go to the vendor with the lowest total quote. Review the contract template for more details about the agreement.

Deadline and award basis

The bid deadline is November 12, 2026, at 1:00 PM ET. Submit your response before that time.

The solicitation says the winning vendor will be selected based on the lowest total quote.

Who this opportunity suits

This opportunity may suit suppliers that can provide the specified Stratton Campaign Style Felt Hat F40 winter uniform hats and support as-needed purchasing over a three-year contract.

How to respond

Open the bid’s detail page through “View original source.” Viewing is public and does not require sign-in; the solicitation documents are listed on that page.

To quote electronically, register a free vendor account on the State of Illinois procurement portal, BidBuy. Otherwise, follow the submission directions in the bid. Submit before the deadline.

Prepare a clear, complete quote

Read the solicitation documents and contract template before setting your total quote. Check that your response addresses the specified hat and follows the bid’s submission directions.
