What the VA is seeking
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking an engineering firm to design upgrades and replacements for 21 elevators at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center in Ohio and the Ft. Thomas Domiciliary in Kentucky.
The design work includes surveys, schematics, plans, cost estimates, construction drawings and specifications, plus construction-period services. The elevators are deteriorated, outdated, frequently out of service, or have components that are no longer available.

The VA will accept electronic submissions only. Submit one file, no more than 50 pages; only the first 50 pages will be evaluated. The email and all attachments together must not exceed 15MB. The notice states that larger emails may be rejected and considered non-responsive.
